Finishing the semester

Only a few more weeks in the semester, but we've still got four--possibly five--performances left!

Tonight, Kanga Blue and nUAnce open for KaZual, a quartet whose music ranges from R&B/hip-hop to rock/pop. At 6:40p, nUAnce takes the stage, followed by Kanga Blue at 6:55p, and finally KaZual at 7:17p. The event will be at the Student Union Starbucks and is sponsored by RHPB.

This Saturday is Relay for Life at the University of Akron with events starting from 4pm and ending with a final ceremony at 7am on Sunday, with more ceremonies & entertainment planned through the night. All three UA a cappella groups will perform at the event, including Kanga Blue at 8pm. Meet us at the Stiles Fieldhouse to support the American Cancer Society in honoring cancer survivors and raising awareness & money to find a cure.

On April 23, RHPB will host an open mic night as part of the 7:17p series. Kanga Blue will open the show, followed by students who have signed up to perform.  Come to the Student Union Starbucks to come hear some student talent!

Last but not least is our First Annual Spring Concert!  We have been anxiously awaiting this evening, and we can't wait to go out with a bang, performing music from this and the previous semester for our friends and family in Leigh Hall on Friday, April 25 at 7p.  It's our last first concert, so be there.  :) Click here to RSVP on Facebook.

Following our final performance for the semester, we will spend our last week winding down, choosing a new executive committee for next school year, and brainstorming music to be arranged over the summer.  What do YOU want to hear Kanga Blue perform next year??
